Turketti (Turkey & Spaghetti) Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups (2 inch) spaghetti pieces.
1/4 cup minced pimento.
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
half cup turkey or chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked diced turkey or chicken (1 inch chunks)
half cup grated onion
one (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/8 teaspoon celery salt.
Half cup grated cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350° Cook the spaghetti until barely tender following instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with hot water. Drain well. Mix together the pimento green pepper turkey broth black pepper turkey onion soup and celery salt. Add the cooked and drained spaghetti and toss lightly. Pour the mixture into 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. If using bake 45 min. to one hour.
